For Manufacturing Defect:
All our orders are custom made and go through a two-step quality check process. In an unlikely event, where there is a manufacturing error, we will fix the error and reship the order in priority with no additional cost to the customer including returning the item when applicable. As an alternative, we will also offer a full refund excluding shipping cost. For non-manufacturing defects, we will not issue a return policy.
We will refund your returned item within 24 hours upon receiving it. That way no time is compromised.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your bank account. Naturally, a refund will be issued minus the initial shipping cost.
Return shipping is at customers own cost.
Every returned item is thoroughly checked by our team. In the unlikely event, that your return is not accepted, we will inform you immediately.
